Changing bodies. Risky behavior. Sexually transmitted infections. Talking to teens about these topics can be awkward — even for adults.

But you’re not alone. Our experts created resources to arm you with the information needed to have these important conversations.

AwkTalk For Parents’ interactive lessons promote healthy communication between teens and a parent or trusted adult.

Each lesson takes approximately 5-10 minutes to complete. We recommend completing the modules with your teen, but you can also complete them on your own. You do not have to watch every lesson in order to benefit from the resources.
